Tayrot Spindle

It is used to interconnect formworks in curtain, column and beam formwork systems. It is also called Taylot shaft. It is the main reinforcing element resistant to high pressure that should be used so that there is no swelling, opening or explosion in the mold while pouring concrete. Also called Tie-rod Shaft

Tie-Rod is produced in SD 37 and SD52 grades as 50cm, 100cm, 120cm, 150cm, 200cm, 250cm, 300cm, 400cm, 500cm and 600cm.

If the concrete thickness is 30cm or more, SD 52 Tayrot should be preferred. Tie-Rod thickness used as standard is Ø15/17.

Since it is used with Tayrot pipe or Conical, the poured concrete can be easily removed from the mold after setting.

Usage : After the mold is prepared and the straps are placed, horizontally opposing holes are drilled into the mold, first the tairot pipe or tairot taper is inserted into these holes, the tayrot pipe or tarot shaft is inserted into the conical, the chuck and tarot nut are attached to both ends of the placed tayrot. After it is taken, the process is completed by tightening it.
